Counselling

Psychotherapy is a space for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe and welcoming environment. Therapists provide compassion to clients and gently support them to gain clarity and perspective and learn helpful coping strategies.
Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly and can evolve based on your tailored therapeutic plan.
